MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Report to Vice Marketing Director.

  • Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.

  • Manage corporate rebranding, redesign logo, and document branding standards and guidelines.

  • Manage creative teams consisting of art directors, designers, writers, artists, photographers, etc.

  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.

  • Review designs to ensure they meet specifications or review marketing materials to ensure they are effective at promoting the company’s products or services.

  • Manage all aspects of a project’s production, including planning, scheduling, resource management.

  • Determine which types of advertising will be most effective in reaching target audiences based on demographic information such as age, gender, ethnicity, location, or socioeconomic status.

  • Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.

  • Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.

  • Supervise the department’s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic, Marketing, Communication or a related discipline.

  • Experience as a Creative Manager or in a similar creative role.

  • A minimum of 03 years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies.

  • A solid understanding of design, copy and web practices.

  • Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.

  • Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development.

  • Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.

  • Must be a creative and strategic thinker.

  • Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Outstanding leadership and organization skills.

  • Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Ability to lead your team to reach optimal productivity.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of divisions/groups within the company.

  • Experience/knowledge and interest in the tourism and mobile app industry would be a plus.
